Meen is a fifth year medical student whose life revolves around his studies and his close knit circle of friends: Bon, Flint, Kim, Baikhao, and Pokpong. His life takes a turn when his mother asks him to look after Tul, the son of a close family friend. A top-ranked student in the country, Tul has just moved to Chiang Mai to study Engineering.

Seeing this as a chance for freedom, Mean plans to move into a dorm near campus and leave Tul to look after his mother at home. However, before moving out, Mean discovers the dark side of Tul’s perfection: his academic success came at the cost of clinical depression. Driven by his medical instincts and empathy, Mean decides to stay and care for Tul.

As they live together, their bond deepens, evolving beyond a simple “sibling” dynamic. Now, they must choose between pursuing a life as “lovers” or maintaining the status of “brothers” to stay true to their own life goals.
